“First time for our GSD for grooming.
Had to stay with him due to him being wary of strangers.
After about 5 mins he settled down and was very calm throughout, just getting a little bored near the end, which was understandable.
Katey was really good with him, constantly praising him and giving him treats.
To say it was his first groom he did really well, with Katey doing an excellent job on his coat, clipping his nails, and offering advice along the way. We are well pleased and will be using Katey again in the near future.

My old boy who has pancreatitis is enjoying the fish jerky bars too as they are low fat but time consuming to chew”

“We have been buying products from Dragonfly for over a year now online and find there service first class.
All dog food treats are all natural which I believe is important for a healthy dog.
For the first time we made a trip to the shop and found a great selection of dog food and treats plus a variety of leashes and harnesses.
Staff were welcoming and helpful and payed attention to our dog Poppy and even gave her a treat which she loved, overall the visit was well worthwhil, we will visit again.”
