“I’ve used Dragonfly products from before I picked up Benji as a puppy, both in store and online.
I was in store yest and Laura was kind enough to give me lots of her time and knowledge. Benji’s been unwell on and off most of the year and Laura was able to give me lots of useful advice and information, to help me hopefully, get him back on track. I came away with some new food and supplements to try with him. The food was a hit this morning, so fingers crossed that continues.

“Absolutely amazing, my French bulldog loves the indoor “soft play” training area and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. Staff helped when we wanted to switch to raw food which has helped his allergy’s and he’s never been so excited for dinner.”

“Have ordered many times over the past couple years and my dog loves the pizzles. Unfortunately the last 2 orders of pizzles have been over baked and very brittle splintering and not happy with giving them to my dog. Precious batches have been great and long lasting but not these. I did provide customer feedback and they advised I could return for refund but I just don’t have the time to do so. Quite disappointing as it was £40+ order.”
