“Hugo came for a full groom. We also picked up some lovely treats for him. Brilliant service from start to finish. Very friendly and made an effort before the groom to get to know Hugo and made him feel welcome/comfortable. Would highly recommend and Hugo will be back.”
“My dog loves their dried food, and she is notoriously fussy with the dry stuff. Can even feed it as training treats!
Other crazy chewy treats I’ve all sorts of odd bits of animals are great quality, well packaged, delivered really quickly by. One of the only online shops where I actually really want to go into the physical shop and say hi if I’m nearby, maybe one day, as I don’t live anywhere close 😂”

“Elwood came in for a groom last month- we’d been using a large chain of groomers, but wanted to keep it more local, and what better place than dragonfly! Tilly was amazing with Elwood- he’s a big bouncy golden retriever, and can get a little anxious, and yet she did an incredible job! She even noticed a couple of hotspots starting, which we’ve been able to get on top of thanks to Tilly. Elwood absolutely loves you all. We’ll be back soon x”
