Speaking for ourselves, we want to know that our customer's are happy and if not, why not, so we can resolve any problems plus it allows future shoppers to see whether the company they are purchasing from is legitimate (a huge problem in the age of online shopping). We also give loyalty points to customer's that take the time to leave a review as we know everyone has busy lives - if you don't wish to leave a review then there is no hard feelings either.
