I bought three Power Flosses from you recently. The first one lasted 2-3 weeks and then stopped pumping water. The second one was extremely stiff and difficult and hard to use from the beginning. I hope the third one will be better! I am returning the first two to you with a request for non-faulty replacements.

Dent-O-Care does not answer the emails (I sent several) to the Customer Services. Did not even get acknowledgement! - Charged for Postage, when the Website states that it is free if ordered more that 6 items. Very bad Customer Service. - I cannot understand why reputable organisation wants to cheat their customers.

Whilst my order arrived quite quickly, I had no electronic confirmation of my purchase and no way to track the delivery. Too uncertain and poorly managed.

All orders when placed are sent email confirmations of orders placed and at the time of despatch, however, our emails can end up going into junk or spam folders which is, unfortunately, something that happens beyond our control. I ordered an item from this company which the texted me saying it was being posted, then another text say it was out of stock and my money would be refunded. that was over a month ago and still no item or a refund. Very poor service.

Dear David, Thank you for your review. Firstly, we do not share any information with regards to tracking of parcels so I would suspect that this is a scam. We did contact you via email to advise that we were out of stock of the item and a refund was to be processed. We found in our systems the refund we processed at the time did not go through due to errors within our system. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and you should now have received your refund for your order. Sometimes there are differences between online availability and a physical stock holding which can result in an order being cancelled but we do try and keep these to a minimum. Dear Stan, Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We despatch all orders within 24 hrs (Monday - Friday) via Royal Mail 2nd class post unless customers request a quicker shipping method (1st Class or Next day both of which are chargeable) at the checkout. We are aware that in recent months Royal Mail have taken longer to deliver items as they are still not yet at full capacity following additional measures that have been put in place for better working practices due to Covid-19. Ordered 2 oral b pulsar toothbrushes in early May and 7 weeks later I have received neither them nor my money back. Nor do they deign to answer my email messages any more. Don't waste your money or time.

Sometimes orders do go missing in the post as we do ask Royal Mail to deliver these on our behalf but sometimes these deliveries do go as planned. Having checked our system I can see that we have since sent out replacement items to you (1st June) and it does appear that these have been sent to a work address. After some research, I ordered a 'SlimComfort' dental guard, as described and pictured on the website. However, what I received after a few days was a different product in different packaging, an 'UltraComfort' model. After I sent an email asking for a return or replacement of the wrongly delivered item I received an email two days later stating 'sorry to hear that you have still not received your order. (...) allow a few more days.' Bad communication and customer service. If replacing the product was a problem, I would at least have liked an explanation. At this point I decided against emailing again and just tried out the wrongly delivered item. It is ok but I cannot shake the feeling that the originally ordered item would have fitted better. I would not order from DentOCare again.

Dear Patricia Thank you for your message. The manufacture recently updated the descriptions for their products but unfortunately, we were delayed in updating our site. I can confirm that this has now been actioned. The Slim comfort and the Ultra comfort are the same product, just with a slightly different naming convention. As for the customer service, I do apologise for the delay that you encounter in responding to your email too and the incorrect message that you received. We would normally aim to respond to all emails within 24hours (working days Monday to Friday) but we have obviously missed this aim on this occasion. I do understand that you have not received a very good experience from us but rest assured this is not our normal standard. Very poor service. Still waiting for my goods two weeks later despite paying for express service. Quite frankly I am dismayed and will not be using this organisation again.

Dear Gwenan, Thank you for your message. I do apologies for the delay in you receiving your order. Unfortunately due to a miss communication with our warehouse this item was sent out via Royal Mail rather than the preferred method of despatch (next day carrier). As soon as we were aware of the error this charge was refunded. Please accept my apologies for this error but we have also taken a review on our processes to try to eliminate this from happening again. Kind regards Dave

Very disappointed, I ordered some products but they cancelled my order and only refund me back £2.46 for the delivery but not for products. I’m still waiting for my full refund.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, we experienced a stock discrepancy on this item which is why your order was accepted but not despatched. When we were advised of the issue we initiated a refund for your order on 12th May. On the 17th May, we completed some checks and found that you had not been refunded in full and at this point voided the transaction (this prevented us from taking any payments), again I do apologise for these issues that you have encountered. I do apologise for the inconvenience that this may have caused and can only apologise for this error, we have spoken to our payment provider to see why this has happened and I am waiting for an update from them. Delivery was good and on time. However you did not deliver the product I ordered. I ordered Tepe dental tape and you substiuted without asking your own brand dental tape. This tape is much inferior and would not have been accepted if asked prior to delivery. Sorry but I will not use your service again.

I checked and double checked the Flourigard I was ordering wasn’t alcohol free. The alcohol free version tastes horrible but they sent alcohol free anyway. Don’t rely on Dentocare

Bungled service, I was basically fobbed off twice by two separate members of staff when I called to chase the next day delivery which hadn't shown up after 10 days. With an excuse about Royal Mail having delays - even though they had sent the package via UPS. Still haven't received it.

The product I ordered was a retainer cleaner, the packaging and advertising said that it cleans the retainer properly but it did no such thing a complete waste of money and wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone don’t waste hour money.

Ordered dental sticks and dental tape on 25th April and have had to call them twice. Parcel didn't arrive and I am now waiting for my refund. Have had to order from another supplier.
