“Website could be better, especially during making a payment. Gave warning error messages which did not make sense. Otherwise very good tel service as well as excellent delivery timeframes”

“They seem to have a wide range of products, I think mostly targeted to professionals. It is unfortunate they do not have a physical store, as that would have simplified my purchase greatly, as I was a tourist in London. My hotel was able to receive my package, fortunately. Now, after all that superfluous verbiage, Dentocare was responsive to my situation and was quite helpful with a rapid delivery. The products I purchased were much less expensive than where I live. The courier was DHL, instead of delivering next day as “promised” it took two days; likely due to the delivery vehicle having too many parcels for one day.”

“Very good service apart from one thing, about which I have complained before, ie the use of plastic packaging pellets when there is absolutely no need for them in my parcel and can’t be recycled as far as I am aware.”

“I have used this product (Extra Wide Flossing Tape 100mt) more than 30 years ago and comparing with locally available products it was a much better product, providing a better cleaning, due to its extra wide tape. Recently I found one of the old units and decided to look if it was available to order using the web, and it was easily found, still with the old designation (extra wide flossing tape), so I decided to order 3 units. They have reached my desk only yesterday and I have used it for the first time yesterday after dinner, but the tape doesn't seem as wide as the ones I have used in the past and the type o tape now used seems that has been waxed, and it's not so efficient to clean the interdental spaces as the ones I have used 30 years ago.”

“Very happy with the service and prompt delivery. Only comment is that regarding the discount code there is not any Information regarding when it is issued or how a loyal customer applies for the code. I have been a loyal customer for years but have never been given a code or asked to apply for one.”
