“Dentocare has all the dental preparations I could want but it is a rather complicated website and I found it time-consuming to make sure I got what I needed. This I did eventually achieve.”

“The toothbrushes I received was not the brushes I ordered. The ones I received was an acceptable alternative at the same price. It would have been nice to have been asked if I would accept the alternative.”

“I ordered 4 separate items & asked for express delivery. Later you came back & said 1 item was out of stock, & you would deliver by 2nd class post. The package did then arrive by courier some days later. Th missing item was the most important one to me. Can you not notify out of stock during order process. I do not think I will use you again.”

“My first few purchases were very promptly delivered with no fuss,but my last order was suddenly cancelled after five days,a subsequent replacement,order was not dealt with until my email enquiry ,some days later. But then delivery was prompt”

Unfortunately when you placed your order we had very low on stocks due to our delivery being delayed at the port and therefore we took the decision to cancel your order and notify you accordingly via email. I do apologies for the delay that you encounter in responding to your email to, we would normally aim to respond to all emails within 24hours (working days Monday to Friday) but we have obviously missed this aim on this occasion. “Dentocare were quick and efficient with my order. My only grievance is the 10% discount coupon I received from a previous order would not work, even though it is in date. I have received another coupon with my recent invoice, hoping that one will work when I use it next time seeing as it has the same code name.”

“I ordered Dent-o-Care floss holders and unwaxed floss. The information from the website and staff regarding what was available was confused, but the staff were quick to respond and helpful. More importantly, unfortunately I didn't get on with the floss holders. When floss got stuck between my teeth behind the fillings, the tension pulled it out of the retaining grooves. I've abandoned the floss holders.”
