“I bought 3 D83 brushes to gift my sisters for this christmas because the 2 year old D83 brush that i own is the best brush i had in years. But sadly i can't gift the brushes i just bought. The quality of these paddle brushes (D83) now are inferior compared to those made a few years ago. The 3 brushes i purchased recently where very rough at the ends of the bristles and hurts my scalp. Upon closer look, it seemed that the pins were not smooth and were trimmed unevenly possibly during manufacturing. Also, i am not sure why but my hair gets caught between the rubber pad and the bristles pulling strands of my hair. These brushes also weigh alot less than my D83 i have for 2 years now. Sad to say, not happy with the purchase. I wish I can just return them.”

“For a girl with naturally curly hair, you wouldn’t even think about running a brush through it. However, this brush is amazing! I use my favorite hair gel and use the brush and my curls looks so good!”

“Fantastic clip- great for my very thin hair. Comfortable, doesn't snag, nice and flat- not bulky and annoying to rest your head back on. Only problem is that the plastic where you open and close the clip breaks where the metal coil is- so its doesnt last long. So you have to order back ups (which also break etc etc).”

“I had 2 orders of the same brush in order to get free shipping. I was a little disappointed in the quality. I own a couple Denman brushes which are a couple years old & they weigh more, the handle material seemed better vs now. The brush weighs nothing & feels like cheaper material. I do believe the rubber is the same which is great! The brush is pretty. It is white with a gold crown on the back. I purchased these as gifts for my top 21 hair clients, because my clients don't know the difference, they will be happy. They took 2 weeks to get here due to FedEx. My first shipment of brushes from Denman; the Denman packaging was peeling/separating/and looked like it had some old water damage. The second package I haven't opened the interior boxes but the loose ones that were sitting on top were in much better condition. I was considering retailing these next year in my salon but now I am not so sure. I would purchase a denman again but maybe from a wholesaler and not denman.com”

“This brush has changed my curls! I can't believe that a small change like adding in this brush can make my curls so much more defined! Being the only person with curly hair in my family, it hasn't been easy learning to style it. I have watched several videos and techniques and they all work for me! Glad I found it but wished I had several years ago!”

“So happy with this brush. I've been trying to manage my curly hair for a while now and have had no luck. But this brush has really helped me maintain curls. It is easy to use and feels nice to hold and brush through my hair. Is it easy to clean. Really good value for money and arrived promptly.”
