“I like how the brush makes my hair less knotty and it also gives my hair shape and volume. I use both the padded brush and the styling brush. Thank you for these wonderful products I do hope they last long.”

“It’s ok. The nylon bristles are super rough and feel like pins. Good if you don’t have a sensitive head.”

Hi Jessica, Thanks for sharing your experiences with us! According the tracking information from Royal Mail they attempted to deliver your parcel on November 3rd but there was no one in. It is ready for you to collect from Royal Mail's West Brompton collection point. Royal Mail will hold your parcel for a period of time at that collection point before returning it to us. If you decide not to collect it we will process a refund once the order has been returned to our facility. Hi Meaghan, thank you for your review. We are sorry you are having this issue with your new brush. Other customers who use their brushes with shampoo, leave-in conditioner or a detangling liquid have told us that sometimes these products can build up and act as a lubricant making the pad slip out of the handle more easily. This can be easily resolved if you remove the pad from the handle and rinse both in warm running water and then allow to air dry. When you reassemble your brush you will notice that it is harder to slide it in and out of the pad. Please contact us at customerservice@denmanbrushus.com if you wish further help. Take care. Jill
