“I am very upset. I’ve been using the 9 row black blow dry brush for over 10 years and all of sudden this brush is unraveling as I use it. It feels cheaply made like you all have done something different. My guests notice a difference I feel like I have to find a new company to purchase from. I really want a refund.”

“I have used so many different brushes through the years but always come back to denman as they are so well made and reasonably priced.I own 3 different types myself and all 3 of my daughters have at least one each. Highly recommend the brush and the company! Very helpful on the chat and post really quickly.”

“The ad I saw made it look like the brush was special - like it curled hair just by brushing. I have naturally curly hair and no matter how I used it - on wet or dry hair with curl product it didn’t do anything but make my hair friz out and look all crazy even using a diffuser and a dryer. It looked just like a brush you can buy at the dollar store. In my opinion I paid 30 plus for a cheap brush.”

“I’m submitting this review not about brush but about customer service not e Replying back to me after I twice emailed only to get automated reply twice. My Negative review is about this but firstly you orders Denman brush for a gift only to be delivered in a box covered in the word Denman. There goes the suprise stocking filler for your wife. Disgusting nearly £20 for a brush. I mean does Denman have to promote there business on a box they’ve charged you £3 odd for delivery on “really” does Denman not like people to have surprises. Gutted £20 down the drain as I was that pee’d off I just give the brush to my wife. I hope Denman read this review and think about there over promoting boxes the spoil the surprise in a gift”

Hi Anthony, Thanks for sharing your review, we appreciate your feedback about our outer packaging. We haven't come across this before so your comments are really valuable. I can see that you sent your email just after 9 pm when our team wasn't at work so we maybe didn't get back to you as quickly as we would have liked. Mark did reply to your email at 1 pm the next day but maybe this arrived in your junk mail folder. Non the less, I'm sorry that you didn't receive our response. When we introduced branded packaging a few years ago, we considered the unboxing experience at great length and consulted with customers about how we could make it even better. Their feedback was that a branded outer parcel adds excitement and anticipation when a parcel arrives on the doorstep and that it enhances their overall experience. I am sure that your wife was excited to see the parcel even if you intended to gift it at a later date. Brands all over the world use branded outer boxes in this way so Denman is not unique in this regard, although I appreciate that when you buy from a world-leading specialist brand it does give away what might be inside the box and we're sorry that in this case, it lead to your disappointment and frustration rather than excitement. Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts and giving us this opportunity to reflect on how we do things. Please be assured that we have taken your feedback on board. Best Wishes Jamie
