“The brush is so small, I have very thick hair Do you make a larger version?”

“I have used Denman brushes for years, but my last 3 brushes have all broken with a month or two, however the last one lasted 3 days.. I used the hairdryer with it once and then the straighteners, the straighteners do not touch the brush at all. But the brush has just fallen apart. I was sent a replacement from Denman but this really is it’s last chance!”

“The ad I saw made it look like the brush was special - like it curled hair just by brushing. I have naturally curly hair and no matter how I used it - on wet or dry hair with curl product it didn’t do anything but make my hair friz out and look all crazy even using a diffuser and a dryer. It looked just like a brush you can buy at the dollar store. In my opinion I paid 30 plus for a cheap brush.”

Hi Meaghan, thank you for your review. We are sorry you are having this issue with your new brush. Other customers who use their brushes with shampoo, leave-in conditioner or a detangling liquid have told us that sometimes these products can build up and act as a lubricant making the pad slip out of the handle more easily. This can be easily resolved if you remove the pad from the handle and rinse both in warm running water and then allow to air dry. When you reassemble your brush you will notice that it is harder to slide it in and out of the pad. Please contact us at customerservice@denmanbrushus.com if you wish further help. Take care. Jill

“i am dissappointed. my brushes that i have used for 44 years are different.. i made sure and ordered the 10 row and the brush itself is not as heavy and solid.”

“I've gotten a few Denman brushes from Amazon and have really liked them. I recently ordered 3 from the Denman website and the quality is so different! The new brushes are so soft and lightweight, they barely work on my hair. Paid $120 and am seriously disappointed. How could this happen? I feel ripped off, like my products are counterfeit!”

“I haven't even received my denman brushes yet. I ordered on June 15th and it's about to be July. I've never had a bad experience with the Denman Brush company and they have never taken this long to ship an order. I'm sure the brushes will work perfectly but I'm a little upset that my order has not come yet. There have been no shipping updates either.”

“The brushes are not ergonomically designed it hurts my hands to use and they slip out of my hands when wet. Wish I didnt give into the hype and buy them way too expensive for this bad of a product. They also pull my fine natural 4c hair out. Its the worst, detangling takes twice as long now and clumps of hair are still being pulled. My little dollar store brush I bought in Japan works soo much better. I give it 2 stars because it does separate the curls so they can clump nicely but thats it.”

“I purchased the yellow Denman for Blowdrying and it literally fell apart during my first blowdry. Extremely dissatisfied. I’ve been using Denman brushes for years but for the past two years the quality has not been the same. Recently even when I’ve purchased them from Sallys beauty supply they fell apart after one use. I’m currently trying to find an alternative to the Denman.”
