“I am 57yrs young and I hve owned a denam brush since my early teens, my niece recently borrowed mine and didnt have the heart to ask for it back, hence the recent purchase plus I had searched so many shops to get the one I liked to no avail that's why I ordered online was very pleased with the efficiency of delivery and packaging, the only disappointment was as a first online customer there was a 20% off but didnt appear to have been discounted, but all in all very satisfied”

“Unfortunately my brush was too small …I rang the company to ask about getting a larger one I rang several times and sent an email …eventually someone rang me promising to contact me that day …and send a returns form and other information ,but so far I’ve heard nothing!”

“The brushes are not ergonomically designed it hurts my hands to use and they slip out of my hands when wet. Wish I didnt give into the hype and buy them way too expensive for this bad of a product. They also pull my fine natural 4c hair out. Its the worst, detangling takes twice as long now and clumps of hair are still being pulled. My little dollar store brush I bought in Japan works soo much better. I give it 2 stars because it does separate the curls so they can clump nicely but thats it.”

Hi Breann, Thanks for sharing your thoughts about our brushes. I am sorry to hear that they didn't work out for you! Our brushes are hand made by skilled craftsmen in the United Kingdom and we feel that they offer great value for money versus dollar store brushes which are frequently mass produced in different parts of the world. I read on your product review that you were using our Iconic D3 for detangling - this takes a lot of practice and patients to learn the right technique, if you would like any pointers please let us know!
