“I started to by this brush years ago but wasn’t feeling the $20 price tag. For a brush?! No way. But years later, I was curious about it and de used to make the investment. I no longer dread the detangling process because of this brush! It glides through my hair like butter! I’m a customer for life!”

“I had one of these for many years, it came free with a glossy women's magazine. I suddenly saw one on Amazon and tried to buy, but two outlets both let me down, so I had a make and looked for you direct. The blue one is fine the black one has badly finished tips to a third of the three rows at one end but still better than my old one that was missing bits. So 4 stars”

“I'm giving you 5 stars, because I have no complaints with the service, but I have a couple of suggestions. First of all, I didn't need both the pad and bristles. Just the pad would have been enough to repair my brush. Secondly, when I'm spending £5 on replacement parts for a hairbrush, it would be nice to have a cheaper delivery option than £4 for a 48 hour recorded delivery. It could have waited for a second-class delivery.”

“It took a while for me to receive my order. When it did arrive my order was packed in a reused denman box. I was disappointed as I got the feeling I was receiving an item from a personal seller not a professional business. All items were just placed in box without any packaging which looked cheap. Ilthe medium brushes I received are smaller than expected and would recommend having some form of size guide online. For example, a picture of the brush in a models hand to give general reference. The tangle brush is too soft and I have already replace this brush with another wet brush. However, I do like and would recommend the style and shine.”

“I was very happy to find this small hairbrush for my recent cycling tour in the mountains of Provence. I needed something that would be small and light weight to fit into my cycle pannier, and that would brush my long hair well. This did just that.”

“I bought two products, the one designed for thick hair doesn’t go through my thick hair properly. it also creates a lot of static when brushing dry and I was sent an email asking if I had any questions so I mentioned the static and the response was to brush with my fingers! If I’d known, could have saved myself £25…”
