“Not what they used to be. The handles used to be hardy and comfortable to hold. The brushes feel substantially cheaper. I'd rather pay more and have the old quality back.”

“The brush pins are yellowish and look old as if the brush is used. Trying to get ahold of customer service but no response in chat or email. I only see a uk #, not 1-800. How do speak with someone? This is a problem with one out of 6 items I purchased, but Im very disappointed.”

I am confused though because I can see that you were in touch with Mark via our live chat two weeks ago and that he arranged for replacements to be sent out to you. They were delivered on September 10th. Our telephone number in Boston is listed on our website under "Contact" in the footer. “These sprung hair grips with rubber strip are fantastic on my thinning hair! Other toothed clips just don't grip and slide out. These allow me to style my hair and be sure it will stay put!! Fantastic!!! It really is the 'No slip Grip'.”

“I have been using these brushes my whole life! Decided I needed to get a couple of the small ones for my handbag and swimming bag. They are very high quality, and the small ones are just as good as the standard size. I have long, fine, straight hair that is very fragile, and never use any other type of brush.”
