Placed an order at the weekend and paid for next day delivery, so that it would be sent yesterday for delivery today. Received an email from Daewoo yesterday morning to say it had been dispatched for delivery today, but when I tracked the item this morning, it still showed as Evri waiting for the parcel, and that it had been waiting since 10.08 yesterday morning. Contacted Daewoo via their online form (no phone number available) to ask what had happened to my order and if it would be delivered today. Their reply, via email, was that I had placed my order on the weekend and paid for next day delivery, so it "will be" dispatched on Monday, but Monday (the day it should have been sent and the day I received the original email from Daewoo saying it had been sent, for delivery today) was yesterday! Good grief, if they can't even work out what day of the week it is, what hope is there of me ever getting the items I ordered! I only ordered the items direct from Daewoo, rather than any other supplier that uses decent couriers, such as DPD or DHL, because none of the other suppliers gave me the option of next day delivery, as I needed to be sure somebody would be in to take delivery, but what is the point if Daewoo next day delivery doesn't actually happen!

I bought a floor fan thinking that Daewoo would be a trusted manufacturer but the fan only lasted one year ( one summer ) it said it had a three year warranty . But refused to help as they said you have to register it for the full warranty . Don’t buy

Hi, As to the manual and art work on the box the item comes with a 2 year EXTENDED warranty (subject to registering within 28 days of purchase). The online form requires 5 questions to complete as well as uploading your receipt. We have requested your registration ticket number and receipt and you have been unable to provide this and we have done a full search and been unable to location the registration for the extended 3 year warranty - Please provide this and we will be more than happy to help !

Can't heat even asmall caravan. While outside is 5C° can't feel any warmth at all. So my experience is... Not a source of heat even for a tiny space.

Sadly item arrived broken. I imagine this was the fault of the Evri delivery person not Daewoo as such but if you use cheap delivery companies this is what happens. Asked if item could be sent out again using different company or have refund so they opted for refund which I am still awaiting. Managed to get product somewhere else so let’s hope it’s delivered intact.

I think it's very brave of you to ask for a review! The item I ordered didn't work, then I had to spend hours on the "chat" followed by 2 very long phone calls, (having had to go to Companies House to get a phone number, as there isn't one on the website) to get you to agree to take it back. I understand the customer service agent's task is to persuade the customer to keep the defective product, and save you money, but when the item is not working there should not be so much resistance to taking it back. I don't recommend this company.

Ordered microwave kettle and toaster I returned the microwave didn’t heat anything properly. The kettle is noisy the toaster doesn’t toast properly waste of money would not recommend

AVOID THIS WEBSITE PLEASE ! Received faulty microwave then asked to video it which I did to then be insulted by so called customer service relying that I’ve not operated it as per user manual …. IT ONLY HAS 1 SWITCH with which to operate it AND IT’S FAULTY !! Microwave is cheap & faulty and customer service is even MORE DREADFUL!! PLEASE spend your money on a REPUTABLE RETAILER! AVOID THIS WEBSITE & RETAILER!!! I don’t ever leave reviews tho SO FRUSTRATED and disgusted with this retailer that I have to warn other innocent shoppers.

Bought a Daewoo Soupmaker 13 months ago for a Christmas present. It was used from early January for about 3-4 months, then I unpacked it recently to find out is did heat up the soup. I contacted Daewoo who basically said ‘tough cheese’ as it was not under warranty anymore and they could not help me any further ! Also the same response when I enquired about repairs ! The lesson learnt here is : cheap will not last. Companies that sell cheap rubbish have an equally rubbish customer service department who do not care about their products and the ability to repair them- a throw away society led by careless electrical companies like Daewoo Electricals Poor poor product - poor poor attitude- poor poor Daewoo Electricals

Worst possible service ever, do not trust Daewoo or buy from them. Thoroughly dishonest company. I bought a microwave for £150 which broke down after 10 months, shop I bought it from had gone but it's supposed to have a 1 year guarantee but Daewoo refused to help! Basically I have to throw it away. Never again would I buy from them

Never again! On Amazon you can buy 30-40% cheaper and next day delivery. On this site 30-40% more expensive and at least a few days and delivery by amateur company Evri... Never again.

Bought 20L 800 watt manual microwave to replace the same daewoo microwave I'd had for several years. Worst microwave ever. Very small and slow. Seems like 500 watt at most. Dont waste your money on this rubbish.

Bought a blender grinder machine. Stopped working. Had the receipt and registered for the 3 year warranty. Because they cannot find my warranty registration they are not honouring a replacement. A receipt is proof of purchase or not? Absolutely disgusted with their customer service. Why would i keep the receipt and the box if i hadn't registered the warranty? Warranty and receipt not worth the paper as clearly it doesn't count as proof of purchase!
