Ordered a food steamer which never arrived/left the warehouse. Had to make contact again and 2nd order placed. Terrible customer service and won't be ordering again.

Bad experience, dawoo used currier which never delivered my parcel. Had to wait 2 weeks then eventually got refund.

The air fryer just stopped working after 1 year, for no reason and won’t turn on (not a fuse or plug issue). Be careful if you do decide to buy this item, the warranty on the website may say 3 years warranty, but you have to register with the actual brand to be able to claim after 1 year, which is hidden in the user manual. I wish we had just spent the little extra and gone for a better brand. It is also a nightmare to clean and heavily stains the area around it. Would advise to avoid!

I bought a Darwoo ash cleaner. It came with no instructions. Used once and the ash fell back out of the pipe. 30 quid down drain. No contact or helpline on here. Terrible service and terrible product

I wanted to contact Daewoo, couldn't access live chat and the form to fill in didn't have anything that was to do with my problem. Why don't you have a telephone number. I have my product under warranty and even in that area I couldn't find anything to help me make contact easily. Very poor communication for such a large company. Will think twice about buying another product from you.

Purchased a Daewoo Halogen 2 in 1 Airfryer from my local Co-op last Febuary 2023. As of yesterday 5th of March 2024 its given up completely! .. I filled out the online extra warranty for peace of mind. So I'm hoping Daewoo UK will be in touch. I expected the Airfryer to last alot longer than 13 months??

Bought a Daewood 500w glass jug and blender over a month ago. The blender arrived within few days as delivery and order was prompt however the appliance was faulty and wouldn’t function al all. Contacted customer service by email who responded immediately and were very helpful. The company immediately gave me a full refund which was great customer service. I have bought other appliances in the past which was good and fully functional.

Item I bought was a Christmas present, utter rubbish from getting it out of the box. Beer pump didn’t work and gas just escaped from the connection point. Had a nightmare getting the return note, asked for a replacement to the product and was just refunded instead. Joke, had to go out and repurchase something else instead just a massive pain! Would definitely not use daewoo or any of its cheap products again!

Ordered a vacuum cleaner on Jan 12th on the 16th I have to phone to see where my order is as it says 2 working days to dispatch.so the 16th is the third working day.then I'm talked to with an attitude like it's my fault that they haven't dispatched my order.not interested in listening just blunt do you want the order or not.no apologies for late dispatch.i would not recommend buying direct from this company.the customer service is the worst I've ever encountered.im surprised you have any customers at all with customer service staff are not bothered about the reputation of your company.

I’ve just received a Daewoo electric carving knife as my Murphy Richards one that I’ve had for years had gone blunt. I read reviews & decided on Daewoo. How wrong I was. The on off button needs to be more forward towards you as I can’t reach it with my thumb, I need to use my finger which is weird. I’m used to using my thumb. I couldn’t slice my beef thin & it was like shredding it. Some even got caught in between the blades. To me this knife is awful & I can’t return it as I’ve used it. I’m really not happy.

Bought a Daewoo SDA2100 in 2021 (Date code 10/2020) and despite genuinely only having used a few times, it has failed shedding shards of white plastic like substance from the motor itself. Contacted Daewoo Electricals (Oct 2023 ticket 102237) and they were not helpful as I had not registered for the 3 year warranty and had taken the cover off to show where the shards were coming from. (Simple 4 screws, no warranty seal, and I am an Electrical Engineer). Daewoo Electricals simply not interested - might have thought they would be keen to understand why the motor is apparently disintegrating let alone providing some customer support. I would argue the item is not of merchandisable quality and would not recommend.

Hello, We are sorry you are not happy with the response you received from customer services. As you took the item apart as shown on images you provided to us on 21st October - there was nothing further we could do to assist in that matter. As we explained in the message on 25th October - If the item was registered for the extended warrantee, we would have been able to provide a replacement item as the issue you mentioned would require a replacement item - There was and still is unfortunately nothing we could advise or provide to resolve the issue the you had with the item as a new item was required to resolve the issue you had. As you took the item apart the warrantee would/ is instantly void as we explained. Unfortunately, even if you had registered for the extended warrantee, as you had dismantled the item the warrantee is void so there would be nothing, we would have been able to do. Please accept our apologies on this.
