Still waiting for an item after 15 days. Daewoo blame carrier and although now sending a replacement still not collected by carrier. Website offers communication by live chat which is not actually working and no telephone numbers exist to actually speak to someone. Frankly a disgrace. I hope the item is better than the service if it ever arrives. Only communication is via email which is simply not good enough.

Toaster was unfinished. Bad quality control. I had to take the toaster apart to fold the side panel clips down. Also the kettle has a slight dent on the chrome trim unfortunately stands out when the light reflex of it.

Item still not arrived, friend ordered same item (air fryer) being told is lost and has had refund, very poor service from direct company order, expect better service asking for review when don't even have the item

Almost 2 weeks and still awaiting delivery of kettle and toaster. Change your courier service from Evri to someone else! Cannot give a review of product…,have not got it!

Still awaiting two items two todays off work to wait in for the dates to be changed then for only one item to be delivered not really impressed an still don’t have all my items an it’s been a little while since I ordeeed won’t be ordering for here again

Cannot comment on my item as I still have not received it, I just advise your company to use a different delivery company as they are completely rubbish, I have no idea when my item will turn up

Order was cancelled with no explanation. Now have to wait several days for a refund. Looks like they accepted army order when there was no stock available. First time using Daewoo and not impressed at all with them

Headache using the web site. After I press the PAY button nothing happens so I need to login again and reenter my address and credit card. Finally I used Google instead of Safari and got the words :- ORDER COMPLETE! Your order has been placed, thank you for shopping with us. Phew! That's solved it!

Still have not received my item more than 2 weeks later and have had little communication from either Hermes or Daewoo and have been unable to call Daewoo to have this issue resolved. I will never shop from this retailer again.
