Ordered the £50 stair cleaner. It arrived with a few drops of water and detergent in it but the brush was clean so we were a little suspicious it had been used already and a new brush placed on it. We ordered direct from the manufacturer also not off eBay or a third party. Used about 4 litres of water (clean) and it literally draws back no exaggeration about 5% of the water in what appears and transpires about 2cm of dirty water. The suction is chronically poor! Returned back then got sent back. Customer services were very responsive no issues with them.

Had to send constant emails to eventually get my items and when I opened my microwave it was dented on the top

Great product and price for a 5 in 1 air fryer microwave. Let down by the couriers delivering with the turntable smashed !! The lovely girls on customer service were really helpful but the resolution of this problem to me seems absolutely ridiculous! They want to take back the whole microwave and scrap it! All I want is a new turntable and I don't want to waste a complete appliance as it is not ecologically or economically correct!!! Surely they could just send me a replacement turntable!!!

We purchased an ash hoover for our log burner and sadly it broke within a week. Customer services refused to issue a refund and did not ask us to return it. We were told to bin it and lost our money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered 2 halogen fires, but on delivery one was totally smashed to bits, got in touch with daewoo who asked for it to be returned. Waited for them to contact me regarding postage, but unfortunately had to keep responding back has had no printer to print returns label. One was eventually sent out to me in the post of which i have returned the parcel back at the shop they stated to send it back, of which is dpd, but got no receipt to comfirm return from shop, said i would get email but nothing yet. Been a very drawn out purchase, wanted these for xmas day never happened.still waiting for refund for the broken damaged fire.

Buying the product was fine, delivery was fine, however the product itself wasn't great. The co2 canister exploded obviously rendering the machine unusable therefore I returned it for a refund. This was to be fair dealt with promptly.

Very challenging to contact & these ticket notifications aren’t very user friendly, Evri said they had delivered when clearly they hadn’t to a local parcel shop. Ended up contacting my bank for a section 75 then a refund appeared. Very disappointed 😫
