Your sales department did not know their product model, because the wrong model was displayed on your web site, this was endorsed as the latest model, which it was not, and subsequently I received the model that was not displayed, I returned it unused.

Door customer service.Unit door out of alignment and having requested how to return for refund I still await a reply.This item is poor but then it,s made in China!Always been a fan of Daewoo but time to move on.

Glass kettle very poor standard, lid doesn’t fit properly so makes water pour from spout in all directions making it dangerous.
