“Great service, doesn't matter which branch I call [whether by accident or laziness] always sorted immediately and usually despatched same day. Mind you the prices are horrendous and I don't get loyalty points”

“They acknowledge new orders quickly with pricing and delivery forecasts which is good, but after checking my system the delivery data for 2022 shows on average their deliveries were four days late and for 2023 up to the end of August show their deliveries on average are six days late. This issue hasn't delayed our production line, but it would be good if your delivery dates were accurate.”
