“I firstly spoke on whatsapp to Charlotte she was so helpful, i then was told it could take up to 18 months to hear back with anything, about a month went by and i heard from Natalia letting me know that they have sorted it all and how much i was going to get i was so emotional as nothing can take away the pain i suffered but i was so grateful. waiting for payment to be made to myself now and i am so thankful for all the help that they’ve done for me.”

“I spoke to a superb gentleman called Ambar Afsar. He was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Ambar put me at ease, whilst discussing traumatic events, and making sure I completely understood the whole process as we went through it step by step. I honestly can not speak highly enough of his dedication, his humanity and empathy towards my situation. Really importantly when he said he would call, he did. When he said he was emailing something he did. Even if this doesn’t work out in my favour, I feel like I and my story been heard. I’m so grateful that it was Amber who spoke to me. You are so very lucky to have somebody like Amber doing this job for you. I hope the rest of the team are as good as he is.”

“My experience with this company was amazing and soothing, I didn’t qualify for any compensation. I did my assessment with mr ambar, he explained everything so well. I spoke to many companies before calling criminal injuries helpline, they never cared they just did their job. When I spoke to this man Ambar, he listened showed me kindness, comfort, empathy and respect he made me smile and made me feel important, Ambar made it very easy for me to talk about my pain and open up to him he was a very good listener.
