“Lovely company to deal with, great items on the website, obsessed with the reed diffusers, I currently have two which I purchase the refills for. Deliveries are promptly disptached and packed well.”

“Very satisfied with my whole experience from ordering through to after sales care. I unfortunately had a couple of broken glass pieces within my chandelier. Having read the terms and conditions I was aware I was out of the 30days returns policy. I emailed to ask if I could purchase the parts required but cp lighting arranged for the items to be shipped out no questions asked. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service experience. Thank you 😊”

“I had wanted an Evie mirror before Laura Ashley closed its shops a few years ago so I was delighted to discover that CP Lighting still supplied them and at a very reasonable price. I ordered the mirror and it arrived safely about ten days later via their own delivery driver so I knew it had been well looked after during its transit. The delivery driver was courteous and helpful and he placed it in the room where it was to be installed as it is quite heavy. Installation of the mirror was helped by the useful template which showed where to place the screws, it is worth resting the mirror on a soft towel rather than a hard surface during installation as we have slightly chipped the mirror at the bottom. In summary, I am delighted with my mirror and with the communications I had with CP Lighting.”

“The light is fantastic, and definitely will upgrade your living room. It comes with good packing, and the crystals are already attached so we don't have to fix them one by one. The light was quite heavy and need 2-3 strong men to install it. I am very happy with the quality and delivery. Highly recommend.”
