“I ordered a pretty bedside crystal lamp. Despite being delivered very well packaged, there was a hairline crack across the diameter of the base. A quick call to CP Lighting and a follow up email with photographs and a replacement lamp arriving within days. Customer Service at its finest!!”

“I ordered on line got reply straight away that they had received my order. when order was ready they let me know it had gone out for delivery and the delivery service let me know what day it would be delivered and roughly what time it would arrive. Very efficient service and the lights are beautiful and look more expensive than the cost paid and they look great now they are up on the ceiling and walls.”

“I bought a Chinese design light (with orange fishes), all wrap round the enamel base, it is money well spent, it looks beautiful. The most amazing thing about CP light is the service, DHL lost my purchase, I bombarded the assistant for couple of days, she was patient and efficient, and replaced it with a new item, and not once did she show any sign of annoyance. Highly recommended.”
