“I still have not received any of the products I ordered. Additionally, I cannot seem to reach anyone in the customer service department.”

Dear Kenneh, Thank you for getting in touch. We’ve looked into your order and can confirm that our courier attempted to deliver to your address on 1st July at 13:24, but unfortunately, no one was available to sign for the delivery. A second attempt was made on 2nd July at 11:55, but we have been advised that the delivery was refused at that time. Regarding your comment about not being able to reach our customer service team, we have checked our inbox thoroughly and cannot locate any previous emails from you. It’s possible you may have contacted a different company with a similar name, as there are two businesses trading under the name Cp Lighting online. We work hard to maintain competitive pricing both in-store and online are aligned though if a price is changed online our showroom team act as efficiently as they can to change the price tags on our shopfloor on over 2000 products. “Nice range of products. Very responsive company. Had a problem with the fixture (lovely but a piece was broken), and though their supplier made it difficult CP were very helpful and sent a replacement.”

“It's a tough decision choosing a light online and to know what the quality will be like when it arrives . I cannot recommend CP lighting enough. They arrived in good time, quicker than order due by date. When they arrive they exceeded our expectations especially for the cost we paid £99 each in the sale. Good quality lights but unfortunately a few bod the glass prisms were chipped. A phone call to customer service and a follow up email with a photo was required. We were sent replacement parts direct from the manufacturer within a couple of days. 10/10 for product and customer service. We will definitely be using them again. Unfortunately we cannot send a photo as they are installed in a vaulted ceiling but the works are not finished yet so the glass prisms haven't been added yet.”

“The mirror is beautiful. We bought the small version 60cm because the large one was 110 cm so was too big however it would have been better if there’d been one in between those sizes. Still happy with it but would have preferred it bigger. Quite difficult to put it on screws because of the flush back.”
