“I ordered a right handed glove for left handed golfer and I received a left handed one for right handed golfer. I accept mistakes can happen and in this case not a big deal. The wrong item has been returned and correct item dispatched, which should arrive tomorrow.”

“Excellent service, I needed them quickly so paid for 1-2 day delivery. Sadly they were too long and baggy and have had to return them. Bit sad that I had to pay another £4.00 to return.”

“Great price, great delivery time, absolutely amazing bag but, I have found a few flaws that are a little annoying, any head cover you have will almost not fit your club now but I guess they're not really needed as the clubs don't rattle around, my main one is that when you pull a club out you can catch them on the inner slot causing a slight jab on your clubs grips, I will be lining mine with some adhesive and felt just to take that edge off, lastly maybe one external netted pocket would be useful for but thats just a personal preference, other then that the bag is built well and looks like a boss, pockets are all big and placed well too so very happy, my few flaws of the bag wouldn't stop me from buying another one in the future, also when advertised it would be nice to have a few more then just the one photo 👌”

Good afternoon Thank you for your review, we read every one of them always striving to give the best possible service. I have had a look at your order and I can see you received your order the next day. This was ahead of schedule as you opted for a 2-3 day delivery. You then returned the shoes to us on 14th December on a free 48 hour service, due to the weekend we received the shoes back to us on Monday 18th December and we then sent the replacement straight out by return and the replacement was received by yourself on 19th December.
