“I was recommended the floating water bird feed by a friend who knows a huge amount about these birds; he rescues and cares for them. My local water birds live in an old Dock system where there is little natural food for them and no access out of the dock until they can fly. This feed is perfect as it floats and I can know exactly how much they are having and most importantly they love it! Well done Chestnut Mill.”

Thank you for your review. Please accept my most sincere apologies for the delay in the delivery. This was delivered directly by the manufacturer and on the day of delivery they had a driver off sick at late notice, this has now been delivered. Unfortunately we are not able to answer every call, but we did respond to your voice mails and e-mails with 24 hours every time we received one. I hope you were happy in the end with how quickly responded and the resolution to this issue.

“Best price for the balancer I buy and friendly, efficient service. The only slight gripe I had was the packing of the feed sacks last time in cardboard boxes; one of them split and had to be re-packed by the courier. That never happened before when the bags came in tough nylon sacks.”
