“I have ordered from your company before with no problem and received first class service but unfortunately this time part of my order the haggis was missing. Had the company rung me I would have delayed the whole order until it was available. I emailed and asked them to ring me as I was unable to get a reply and four days later I am still waiting. Great products but they need to improve their customer service department.”

“All the food was fine and ours and Lorne sausage very tasty. Not used haggis yet. Delivery guy just dropped box off with no warning! I thought he would at least tell me he had delivered!Nit impressed But food was fine so thank you”

“Very well packaged and with plenty of frozen bags to keep it fresh. Bought square sausage and all different types of sausages, burgers and black pudding. From trying most of what I bought I can not fault, lovely flavour and I will be buying from this lot again. Happy customer Rob”

“Change of recipe? I’ve had these scotch pies many times over the years and these seem a bit bland however this is my first tasting of the mini beef pie and they’ve utterly delightful”

“My order included 2 haggis but only 1 turned up - with a nice note but a phone call would have been good as these were to be a christmas present and just one looks rather stingy! I am sure this will be sorted out, but am feeling rather disappointed”

“Ordering was easy. Always enjoy the Meat from Campbells . I didn't like the delivery delay of 24 hours I have just had with DPD 1. We waited in not realising we had received an email saying the DPD wasn't coming and then waited the next day too. I also do t like food sat long periods in boxes in warehouses”

“The meat is excellent . My only issue is delivery . My last order came a day late . Did not find out until late in the day . The delivery before was left downstairs from me . I only found out after contacting DPD When I know I have a delivery I stay in as retired . It’s a shame as very happy with Campbells . .”

“Delivered a day late, produce good quality, problem is, delivery charge, after I received my order I forgot to get some Lorne sausages, and Scots pie's, but the delivery charge,did not make it economical”

“ordered my meat set my date very easy to do they sent it out and let me no its on its way with courier but dpd messed up so not happy i contacted campbells and they sorted it and re sent me my order and offered a discount next order so all ok in end would recomend”

“I pre ordered my parcel 3 weeks ago and it came a day late and at night, luckily it was still fresh, anyway the Lorne sausage and Stornaway black pudding are lovely, the best in fact, having the haggis tomorrow, if it’s like last time then frankly the best haggis, I have ordered all around the uk, different butchers, and Campbells is the best by a country mile, thanks campbells,”
