“The quality of the produce is always excellent. I was a we bit disappointed with the delivery time. I found 19.40 a wee bit late. I had a problem with my mobile phone and did not receive a text stating this time and had stayed in all day. Trying to contact the customer service was a bit of a nightmare. 20 mins waiting on the phone. All in all would still use the company as the product they supply is really good.”

“Only regret I have is that it is necessary to purchase minimum 12 Scotch Pies. They are very good but to be allowed to order 6 would be ideal. Too many for me even with freezing. I find the food excellent.”

“Site could be a little easier to navigate,but then again I am in my late 70s so maybe it is just me. Parcel arrived on time very well packed and every thing looks just fine, have not used anything yet but look forward to my first meal tomorrow of beef casserole .”

“Pork sausages are unbeatable, steaks, minced beef also excellent but this order I was disappointed with the haggis. I loved when it came in a long sausage shape and not a ‘bung’ and it was a ‘drier’ recipe! I realise the butcher may have changed hence the difference but I did like the old recipe. Other than that, very happy with everything. Liz Hutton (now Paterson)”
