“Excellent customer service. A minor issue was addressed immediately and a remedy was offered and accepted. Only tried one item so far. The award-winning pprk sausage in natural casing was delicious. Speedy delivery and a very courteous couirier. Will definite.ly use again and I highly recommend this company”

“Your service and produce is amazing. But your delivery company let you down, leaving my parcel outside the main door of my block of flats where anybody could have walked away with it. I am afraid I cannot order from you again because of this. Such a shame. 🙁”

“Really happy with the products we order, they come quickly through Dpd and always very well packaged. We decided to opt for a custom box that we can change every month by simply login into the website and altering the order as we like, this gives us the opportunity to try all their products. We found the meat to be better quality and value than the supermarkets. The customer service department are absolutely wonderful and really helpful. If by chance (rare occasion) they haven’t got what you ordered they will get in touch with a plan of action or refund. We’ve been using Campbells for 5 or 6 months now and we have no intention of returning to the supermarkets, so much better. Excellent place and if you haven’t tried them they’re definitely worth a go. Thank you!”

“Normally very good and packed well however, on this occasion the burgers were squashed and a pkt of sausage had burst open. Im sure they could be packed better. Thanks anyway. They tasted fine.”

“Super hot smoked salmon. Very good smoked haddock fillet. Mince pies a tad dry, lacking a bit of gravy in the filling - but that’s just my view. I’ll definitely buy the fish again as long as prices don’t go any higher.”

“The Scottish cheeses I ordered arrived in time and were excellent in both quality and price. However, there was a panic when the DPD driver sent a message to say they had been delivered and the accompanying photo was not our door. We had to do a quick search of neighbouring properties and very luckily found them. Just a pointer that your chosen delivery company were not reliable in this instance. But all was well in the end and the cheeses made a fitting end to our Burns Supper.”

“Quality food that we enjoyed with friends. Haggis was probably the best we’ve had, together with square sausage, sausages and Scotch Pies too. Really impressed with the flavours. Delivery issues with DPD were NOT the fault of Campbell’s but they sorted things out quickly and efficiently. I’d recommend Campbell’s to others, we’re really pleased. Delicious!”
