“Unable to place order on line even when told problem fixed. Long wait to place order on phone. Delayed delivery of fish, cool bags all soft and moved to bottom of box so top of fish not cooled and took over 48 hours to get to me. Compensation?”

“Two orders in a row simply haven't appeared on their due date. The first a couple of days late, the second has simply never appeared. Campbells have reacted well and sent out replacement boxes (second one, we'll see, waiting for it), but fresh food now arriving on a pre-booked date is unacceptable. If I'm ordering fresh food, I'm probaly planning menus for family & guests. If I can't rely on Campbells, I'll need to go elsewhere in future. E.g. the buthchers in Inverurie (name excluded) have NEVER been late in 50+ orders, but I was hoping Campbells would do, as they are local to me. Two strikes, one more chance, otherwise it's back to Inverurie!”
