“Website and ordering................ ....Fine, nice illustrations, 'Description' and 'Nutrition' details available. Packaging ....................Very good. Delivery .............. ......Fine. Customer service response...........Excellent. Value for money .....................Poor. Product quality ....................Extremely poor. Prospective customers would be very wise to check the meat content of processed items as, certainly with regard to the sausages, we found them to be extremely low to put it mildly. My fault, I accept, for not checking. It is interesting to note the average meat contents of similar available products.”

“For the first time my delivery failed to arrive on time. Sent an email to the company and received an immediate reply, they immediately issued a repeat order or a full refund. Obviously I chose a reorder as I have never been disappointed with their producer.”

“I've had mixed experiences with Campbells. My last was probably the final straw since my previous issues had been efficiently dealt with by friendly support staff. I consider a two day shelf life to be too short on delivered goods and this seemed to be confirmed by a customer service manager? when I asked by email their own internal standard. However not even an apology. Ive always considered their products to be mixed - (the grissle in the scotch pies should be able to be removed completely in the manufacturing process for instance) and slightly over priced. This latest experience has probably made my mind up. And do they know the options to the question below 'how quick(with an implied "ly" on the end) did the company respond' have no answer between 12 hours and a week. This all adds to the feeling the company does not have very high standards.”
