“Just the one minor irritation. I'd ordered the pies. The Smaller ones and the larger one. The larger ones where at top of delivery box, withing a smaller box. The pastry lids to the pies are not crimped like the smaller ones are. And in transit I suppose, all but two of the pie tops had detached from the pies. Nothing really to hold them. Only a small amount of filling had leaked. Maybe put the pies in tight container pressing on the lids aye. No great damage if you like. I'm pleased we the pies. Taste great. Thank you all. “So easy to order and although there was a problem delivering on my preferred date it was easily changed to another date, but well worth the wait. Such delicious pies.”

“The service from Campbells Prime Meats is second to none, first class.... Product purchased was lorne sausage, it arrived in first class condition. Being eager to sample my purchase a couple of slices went into the pan....cooked to perfection, into a roll and devoured with gusto. Its as good as the butchers I normally buy it in Troon, when visiting family. A very tasty lorne, steak sausage it was. Campbell have certainly saved me having to drive to Troon to obtain it. Thank you Campbells, I'll be purchasing more......as I'm sure this batch won't last long, a fine taste of traditional Scottish fare Best regards Steno Gerrarc”

“I pressed poor because the experience of ordering with you wasn't smooth running The 10% offer is far too complicated and restrictive Customers don't want to read pages of rules and regulations when they are ordering food. The prescient points are the only piece of information that the customer needs to know right from the beginning. I made a telephone call before placing my first order but that didn't help me understand the procedure with full disclosure The general customer service needs to be far more friendly and helpful But then I hold extremely high standards and take 110% responsibility when I don't meet my standard. In general society I am constantly let down by poor customer service and human behavior. So I was quite disappointed with my first experience of ordering with you. The food however so far is absolutely delicious and if that wasn't the case I wouldn't have been a returning customer which I plan on being.”
