Good Morning. when I received my boxes on the 22nd of June, there was only one block of square sausage. the driver left them at the front door which is south facing. they were there for over 7 hours until I got home from work, and the temperature that day over 26 C. I had requested them to be left at the back door, but I guess he could not be bothered. I dont know how many boxes should have come. there were two and they were marked with black felt pen 2 of 4 and 3 of 4. I am sure the driver would have taken a photo. so could you please look into this.

I wanted to be impressed but my delivery never arrived. I was making dinner for 8 and had to go out and buy last minute. It was a huge inconvenience and disappointment. That being said it wasn’t Campbell that was at fault so much it was DPD. However the early close and no weekend support meant I couldn’t even get a refund or reissue which was a shame. Still no solution as they do not operate on the weekends. Hopefully something good will happen tomorrow to turn this around

The delivery is not good orders 13th May first date I could get was 25th may and due to some packinging problems I am not receiving it until 27th 2 weeks is too long

Used to be good but after the Christmas delivery debacle and their prices going up and the constant barrage of Emails trying to sell you something gone right off them. And their Lorne is not the best and they dont sell White or Fruit puddings.

I’m afraid the ordering process on this occasion was painful! I had to contact you to refund postage charges as £30 was added to my order for delivery!! It would appear that your delivery charges have also increased which is rather off putting & may deter further orders. The meat was excellent but is it worth the hassle and a steep delivery charge?

Slow in getting confirmation of the delivery time. We found the pastry tough and gristle in the meat.

Won't take responsibility for their suppliers shortcomings (some cheese wasn't available at the last minute, despite my having ordered a week before the delivery date). Doubt I'll use them again.

Firstly, let me say that the food is excellent! If it was on the quality of the produce, I would have given them a 5. Unfortunately, their customer service has just proved to be extremely poor. I had a big order delivered by DHL to my home in London and the courier (my contract is with Campbells not DHL) decided that it was acceptable to dump my order in the street outside my house. 1. I phoned DHL and got a sort of apology from someone who just wanted to talk over me. 2. I phoned Campbells to highlight the situation and they won't answer the phone. I expect significantly better than this and will think twice about this company next time.

I bought 2 caboc cheeses. I had caboc when I stayed with a friend in Crail it was delicious. Unfortunately the caboc I received was not, it tasted sour, I am very disappointed. The box was very big so maybe the ice packs were not close enough? I cannot eat it. Kay Prince

Ordered for Christmas present with delivery early January. Received email saying items being sent, both items on packing list. Next day received an email stating due to demand one item out of stock and didn’t want to cancel it. I stated it was a Christmas present and was disappointed with the item not being available. Said I would like a re delivery, this was scheduled for the following Wednesday and “confirmed” by email. When the first delivery arrives of 1 item there was a note saying the missing item had been cancelled. Will wait and see if the other item arrives. Nothing by way of an apologie from the company .

This is the first time that I will give Campbell a bad review. I ordered 5 packs of chipolata sausages for Christmas Day only to find that they were dated the 23rd of December. How am I supposed to use these on Christmas Day? I will have to go to M&S to buy some more now. Very very disappointing.

Delays on delivery...Contents damaged---sauces all open---reported this and still no reply or refund as requested---read Trust P. reviews---now find out not fresh to table but Ex frozen products..Turkey etc A the terrible Cumberland-unable to eat susages.35% Meat content???-mush in failed skins---what will the other products deliver...I think I have wasted a lot of money and Nick Narn should review whats going out to normal customers....Never Again---better at Lidel

Sadly yet again rather disappointed. As per my last order only half of it arrived. What is wrong with this company and its ordering and its dispatch department? Dpl who they use for deliveries seems to employ drivers who do not read instructions.
