I have ordered a number of bundles of your candy £90 worth The package never arrived Royal Mail sent me a email that my adress ( where I have lived for 41 years ) does not exist.and that the package is bnow being returned to sender ( you) I have called you and sent you a number of emails and no reply ( order 20193) Am seriously disappointed no reply to my phone messages no reply to my email Maybe someone will contect me now as I do want my money back

Hi Nadja, So sorry to hear you had issues receiving your order. Firstly we want to apologise for the delay in our response during this period. We only have one part-time team member who sends out online orders, and they were off sick for half a week over this time, hence the delay in not replying to your 5 Dec email until 10 Dec. Your order placed on 2 Dec was shipped on 3 Dec and was indeed returned to us via Royal Mail due to the address being incomplete and inaccurate. This can happen sometimes when inputting addresses into websites - the website tries to guess the more accurate address, and can indeed mess it up! Once it was returned to us, the box was slightly damaged, so it was re-packaged and promptly sent out to you on Dec 10th, which we informed you via email with a tracking code. I can now see the delivery was attempted on the 14th but no one was in. We suggest you book a redelivery with Royal Mail. We will email over details shortly. Again, we really apologise for the inconvenience and delay in our communications. Please let us know when you've received your parcel safe and sound. Unfortunately when my parcel arrived ,half of my order was missing and the other half were not the items I ordered.

Unfortunately I didn't receive the order as the courier DPD attempted a delivery on two consecutive days during the working day, when I was out. I left a note on the 3rd day to say please leave in porch but it didn't arrive. I then tried to track the parcel to see that it was on its way back to you. I sent an email to your team but not received anything back as yet so quite disappointed

I placed a large order under the terms of an offer email. The discount did not go through for the order that I placed. I wrote to the email alias asking why. I was told it was because the order qualified for free shipping. The offer required a 15£ purchase. The exclusion for orders with free shipping was not stated on the offer. I wrote back expressing this. Noone responded. I have followed up and there has been no response in over three weeks. This is very unprofessional customer service at a minimum. Not honouring the terms of the discount is worse.

Hello, The recipient of this gift is a fan of Buttermilk so I'm sure they were great but can I suggest you change your delivery service? I ordered the fudge on 19 October, hoping that 'standard delivery' would get it there for my stepfather's birthday on 22 October or soon thereafter. I had a note from DPD 15 days after making the order, saying that the recipient was not in, so they'd left it at the local Co-op. My stepfather is housebound, so he was in, but he is half paralysed after a stroke. Even though he was calling out and trying to get to the door, the delivery person left a card, and took the parcel with him/her. All of the other delivery people leave parcels at the door (it is a flat inside a secure building with a trade entrance). My stepfather had to ask his carer to go to Co-op to collect what should have been a simple delivery of a box of fudge. Also, DPD are horrible; a driver once threatened to kill me because he couldn't pass me on a single track country road. Royal Mail perhaps? Thank you, Kendra Wilson

I followed a Vegan Page post on Facebook, raving about the company. Unfortunately, the fudge was not vegan, I had bought 4 packets of it. It is very misleading. I am not happy.

We're so sorry for any upset caused. The business started as a traditional fudge company in 1964 and then launched the plant-powered choccy more recently to ensure everyone can enjoy delicious treats. We try to make it clear on our website the different products by categorising all the Vegan treats in one area and our heritage fudge in another, but know that it's not always full proof. Hi Kim, We’re very sorry that you have consumed dairy for the first time in years after buying our fudge along with other products from our website. We feel that we go to great lengths to ensure that everyone understands our heritage products follow traditional recipes, therefore, will contain dairy in our fudge. We make sure this is written next to the product description on every product on our web page in plain sight. Our packs state who’s diets and preferences they are suitable for. We feel we go much further than an exclamation mark to demonstrate the differences in our recipes. I have emailed with a delivery complaint which has ruined the chocolate but have had no reply. They are all soaking wet and I made a big order.
