“Product was sent twice to wrong address. No reply from emails sent to Buttermilk. Paid again for order was sent to wrong address, redelivered by post office as rerouted by wrong addressee. Item itself was greatly received and was informed the chocolate was lovely once finally received no idea what happened to first?”
