“How can I i haven’t received my order yet”

“I do enjoy Buttermilk very much and can’t deny it’s lovely. My disappointment was the delivery as Royal Mail emailed to say my Easter eggs would be delivered on the Saturday before Easter Sunday but they never arrived and I didn’t receive them until the Wednesday after Easter which was pointless. I emailed Buttermilk with screenshots on the Saturday night to show them but obviously their customer service is terrible as they have never bothered responding.”

“Was happy with the order. I'm in love with the peanut nougat bar. The honeycomb bar could do with either a small quantity of honey comb or thicker amount of chocolate. But reason for 3 stars is that I ordered on a Saturday and it took nearly a week to arrive to shortages. I like my orders to come on time. I would not have ordered the outer stock items or ordered less items just to have had my order delivered on time I prefer like that”

“I have been enjoying this chocolate for a while now, so I ordered 2 taster boxes to give as gifts for friends. Unfortunately, it all came mixed in together in 1 box so now I have to find 2 smaller boxes to separate them into before I can gift them! I'm sure they will love the chocolate as much as I do but just a little disappointing how it was delivered.”

“I do injoy the products how ever this time round I received a broken hot chocolate bombe when I emailed about it there was no response just that they received it and then other emails asking me to leave a review I would of give more stars If the customer service wasn't so bad”

“The chocolate is delicious, the best dairy free chocolate I've found. However the 2 Easter eggs arrived damaged, one of the eggs totally smashed which is a shame as it was supposed to be a gift.”

“Your products are lovely but my recent order was delivered all bashed. I had to bin the easter egg as it was in pieces and was mesnt to be a gift. I emailed you straight away but I have not heard back. I wont be ordering from you again unfortunately as customer service is poor”

“Delicious chocolate however I bought the advent calendar and for the price I would expect at least one of every truffle in it. Mine had no orange truffles and they are what I bought it for.”

“I’ve only given 3 stars as it’s a Christmas present for my daughter and grandchildren who have food allergies so it’s not been tasted yet From my point of view it is very expensive 😢 well for us it is but thank you 😊”

“The flavoured chocolates e.g honeycomb bar and choc orange buttons taste really nice. However the chocolate truffles were so bland, I would not recommend them at all.”

“We tried the non dairy salted caramel egg this year---the egg chocolate was pleasant but the salted caramel crunch bar was most unpleasant.!! All other buttermilk products that we have tried are always delicious I guess we this was just not to our taste .Norma”
