“Butterm!lk is by far my favourite vegan chocolate! Fast delivery and great prices, especially when buying in Bulk. I love everything! My son is 13 and vegan and its so nice that he can finally have a chocolate treat that's not boring dark chocolate! And me too!”

“I discovered buttermilk peanut nougat bars in my local supermarket.....and I was IMMEDIATELY hooked. I treated myself to a selection box of three bars recently including a caramel and a honeycomb flavoured one.They are all absolutely delicious....and plant based.What's not to like.Creamy , filling...a real treat !!”

“The vegan chocolate orange segments are very nice. I mistakenly thought that all the products were vegan and ordered the fudge pack, but found that they are not, they are delicious, but not suitable for my lactose intolerant granddaughter. My mistake”

“I placed a large order under the terms of an offer email. The discount did not go through for the order that I placed. I wrote to the email alias asking why. I was told it was because the order qualified for free shipping. The offer required a 15£ purchase. The exclusion for orders with free shipping was not stated on the offer. I wrote back expressing this. Noone responded. I have followed up and there has been no response in over three weeks. This is very unprofessional customer service at a minimum. Not honouring the terms of the discount is worse.”
