“Absolutely shocking company. I ordered a set of books and they charged for 2 and sent 2. Ive tried to send the other set back to get my money refunded and after 200 phone calls (they’ve never answered once) and several emails (10, 2 of which they replied to, 1 of which said they would send me a returns label…..they haven’t sent) I honestly would not recommend them and it’s actually the worst company I’ve ever experienced. Avoid at all costs.”
“Very disappointed that the 2 books sent to me were not the edition advertised. As the books are for my autistic granddaughter, details like this are extremely important - I am not just being pedantic.
I did ask if the seller actually had these 2,books in the edition shown as for sale, as I would have liked to just exchange them, but their response was to issue a refund without bothering to reply to me. I will not be buying from them again.”

“I would review but have not received the order yet from Royal Mail. It has apparently been lost in transit. I am hoping for the delivery to arrive very soon as the books are for my grandson’s birthday on Sunday.”
