I had a let down from another company on a pre order of a box set of manga, but Books2Door came to the rescue and delivered very promptly. There was an packing error in the box set I received. I realised the error wasn’t with Books2Door but they were very quick to offer a refund of the whole item or a partial refund for the duplicated issue number. No hassle, no fuss. Excellent customer service.”

“Prices competitive. Easy to browse & buy. My order was split into 2 and 1 was lost in transit (between them & Royal Mail. Royal Mail never even receivedit), which I picked up on & queried. They are not the quickest to respond to queries and first round of communications wasn't particularly helpful. But on pressing someone picked up who did what was needed - a fresh despatch so I would have the items I ordered in good time but only received in the nick of time for Xmas. 4 stars not 5 because it was resolved but it could have been handled better.”

I would have given 5 stars but I didn't receive an email saying the order had been dispatched so I wasn't sure if it would arrive in time. This is only a very minor point though and overall happy with the service.”

“Unfortunately the package and product was damaged. I ordered the Orwell collection and three of the 6 books had been crushed, so that their spines were bent. A great price for these classics though.”
