“Ordered my blinds during quarantine and was kept up to date with emails about the progress of my order and could also log in and see that status. Was pleasantly surprised when they arrived by a reputable courier company (I live abroad so did not order in UK!) and they were exactly the same as the pics . I was shocked at the quality as I find sometimes when you order something online it’s not exactly the same as the pics but I can 100% guarantee the blinds I ordered are beautifully crafted and of exceptional quality. We ordered the exact fitting Of the tape venetian faux wood blinds and even got end corners for the rail at the top for extra neatness! Also my husband is not exactly a DIY expert and was easily able to fit them with the simple instructions enclosed and the accompanying YouTube vid! Thanks so much I am a super happy customer - never knew blinds could get me this excited!!! Thanks 😊”

“Had a bit of a nightmare fitting these blinds. It says you can side fix the roller blinds if you gave exact measurements which we did, but side fixing left us with gaps so the blind wouldn't stay in place. Had to put things behind the brackets so they would stick out enough to hold it. Also bought a faux wooden frame and had to sand off part of the cover at the front to get it to fix. Really not worth the hassle. I was quite disappointed with the quality.”
