“Terrible company. I ordered two blinds costing over £370 however the sizes were wrong. I tried for a week top contact this company but all I could do was send a message in their website. The got back to me saying that the blinds are non-refundable and would offer to give me 50% 0ff my next order! Why would I when I can't use what I ordered. I asked for a refund as my customer rights but they have ignored my request. They have left me high and dry - which were their words in the original response. IF YOU RECEIVE SOMETHING THAT IS WRONG THEY DON'T WANT TO KNOW BUT THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY.”

“I absolutely love the Roman blinds from Blinds2go. I was hesitant at the start and just purchases a couple for bedrooms but I have subsequently gone back and ordered several more. Their customer service was awesome to when one arrived damaged by the courier. They replaced it no problem.”
