“Nice roller blinds, waited around 3-4 weeks from the day I ordered. Wooden blinds are MUCH nicer than the material roller ones but WAY too expensive, for a large window like mine.”

“Manual is not detailed enough. Some edges are roughly cut. The top part (decoration srtip) had rough edges and no holes on the top metal part for fixing it in (I had to drill myself).”

“Ordered a simple Venetian blind in August. Now mid November and still no delivery. Email after email delay after delay. Rang up up to complain, they weren’t interested. Not going to use this Company again. There are plenty others who offer a better service.”

“Nice blinds but the supporting clips design is poor and should be looked at. They provide plastic Wall plugs which are useless (And dangerous ) if handing from the top down.”
