“Excellent website. Product exceeded expectations. Packaging was of a high quality ensuring everything arrived in excellent condition, communication on production and delivery was excellent. Supberb quality blackout blinds and easy to fit so long as you follow instructions. Plastic chain loops were on backwards but were easy to re-orientate. Overall would highly recommend product and company.”

“Always prompt with sending out samples, and they really help with choosing the right colour/texture. Time for processing the order is fine. However, the courier lets you down! He drops the package at my gate, regardless of what the weather is like! I wouldn’t like it to get a heavy shower of rain!!”

“Great service and the blinds fit perfect and are the best blackout blinds we have in the house and were very easy to fit. The only thing I dont like about the design is having the string as I have a toddler but not sure how this could be changed in design.”

“excellent quality, fitted perfectly, initial response time excellent however awaiting on actual blinds to be delivered a bit slower than expected which hopefully is down to the pandemic one suggestion would be to have matching cushions”

“The product is very good and is good value. There is some minor scratches on one of the small pieces that clip to one of the small blinds. The delivery time was over a month - I don't think I would have ordered these blinds if I had known of the delay at the time of order.”

“Used company before, good blinds and easy to install. Only issue was no screws provided this time in any of the four blinds I ordered had to drive 30mins into town to buy a box of screws that would fit which was bit annoying but overall good blinds have placed second order for more.”

“Great to deal with , easy to order, quick turnaround and shipping. Ordered two blackout blinds, the only issue was with the packaging, i had the holes drilled and ready to install when i noticed that the spool that pulls up the blind, had been broken. so now the chain slips out of the mechanism, if pulled up too quickly. other than that i would have given 5 stars.”
