“I have bought several roller blinds and they are great. However my last order was sent in a different shade of red than ordered. We kept them because it was similar but a bit cheeky!”

“I cannot give a review on the product as I have not received any of my orders yet. Order were placed mid December and we are still waiting for them. One order has not left the warehouse where they are stuck in transit since the start of January so if they ever make it to us, I don't what state they will be in :( As for another of my orders, it was just sent back to the seller today after nearly 2 months of waiting and I still haven't heard back from the blinds2go Customer service team. The transport company was a lot quicker to reply to my email which is saying something to the level of customer support.”

“I unfortunately cannot comment on the quality of the blinds because just like many many people I’ve not received them even though I ordered them in December. Our orders have fallen foul of Brexit and Blinds for you being completely ignorant of what paperwork is required for customs but still sending the order out for delivery anyway. I’ve spoken to and emailed customer service many times and they have not any clue what they are doing. Today is the 8th of February and this company should be well aware by now of what’s required by customs and couriers to send their product to Ireland. I’ve been told three times the commercial invoice required has been sent to ups. Today I received an email from ups ( after contacting them )stating they had returned one half of the delivery to Blind for you for the commercial invoice.the other half will also be returned.Why lie to your customer you are only making things worse. I hope they understand if they cannot complete the delivery they must refund. It’s not the customers fault but completely the fault of Blinds for you. I still hope to receive these blinds soon and will review then.”

“Still undecided, seeing as my blinds that were shipped on 21/01/21 still haven’t even left the UK. And also the fact that I purposely order from an Irish site to avoid any issues with Brexit only to find out when they shipped it was from the UK. Had I know that I probably wouldn’t of bothered to order them. I also have emailed this company twice and haven’t heard back from them.”
