“Ordered item well in advance of Christmas for delivery prior to Christmas.. Item never arrived - and on checking tracking information seems to have been delivered and signed for at wrong location (other end of country - over 400km away).. Actual tracking information seems very strange...”

“I ordered from this company before about a year ago and I must say that this time the experience was not so good. It took really long time to deliver and quality is OK. Different way the blind is attached from before, a bit more complicated and some more plastic parts.”

“The blind themselves are very good. Couldn't be happier, however delivery was a disaster. Had 3 separate deliveries- 2 out of 3 were terrible. 1st delivery- had a normal van, item was intact. 2nd delivery- drove a massive curtain sider lorry and the man got stuck and took over an hour to get out & the box was damaged but not massively- also picked one the windiest days to bring an almost empty truck- it was like he was looking to crash. 3rd delivery- although the previous 2 we had to sign for, 3rd delivery the guy dropped the item at the door & ran away- reason being it was the item was battered- shockingly despite the box looking like there was no hope for the inside, item appears intact (hopefully no issues when I go to hang it).”
