“I recently ordered 1 x Ice White Faux Wood Blinds for my bathroom for a recessed window. They were very reasonably priced, arrived earlier than expected and I was able to fit them myself without too much hassle. The key is to ensure you use the correct measurements when ordering. I quadruple checked this before hitting the order button, especially as I was looking for blinds for a recessed window. The site explains clearly how to measure the space for the blind type you are looking for. I am very happy with how the blinds look and would order from this site again. A family member recommended this site to me after they had purchased several roller blinds from here. I in turn have already been recommending the site to other family members and friends.”

“I ordered blinds in January, I got an email a couple of weeks ago to say they were dispatched. When they got to UPS they were held as there was no invoice sent by Blinds 2 go. Baffles me that a company can send an order without the correct paperwork knowing that they won't be shipped, and also the customer would be the one to have to follow up on this after giving hundreds of Euro. I Emailed blinds 2 Go numerous times with no response. Eventually I got through on their chat. They helped me to clear things up and sent the invoice (which should have been sent the 1st time). I still have no blinds!”

“Spent a lot of time and money picking out blinds and curtains for my whole house. I'm waiting 7 weeks now and keep getting copy and paste responses about export invoice. They can't give me a definite date and they can't tell me what sort of compensation I can request. If I don't get my order soon I want a full refund but I don't even trust I'll get that! Did they not know Brexit was coming?!”

“Items were slow to arrive due to delays caused by Brexit. Have fitted 2 out of the 3 and they are perfect and excellent quality. Only criticism is length of control mechanism on 2 blinds, I ordered for 2 very tall windows so will have to stand on a stool to operate as the control is very high up. But otherwise am very happy with my purchase and very good value for money.”

“End to end, the entire experience of measuring, ordering and fitting blinds from Blinds 2 Go has been excellent. The blinds look fantastic and fit perfectly. “Ordered a blind on 17 Jan 2021. Blind still hasn’t arrived nor has there been any update from Blinds2Go about where the package is. Tried to email/ring them on many occasions but there has been zero response from them. Whilst I accept the delays at customs due to Brexit - waiting in excess of 6 weeks now with no contact made by Blinds2Go is completely unacceptable in my view. Deeply disappointed.”

“Lovely blinds, beautiful fabric and colour too. Fast delivery too. I do need to point out that I thought I was ordering from an Irish company, it having an Irish web address. Then I found they were coming from the UK so I was afraid that customs would demand money from me. This did not happen however.”
