sadly I‘m very disappointed by the delivery, I waited almost 2 weeks for my delivery and needed to pay around 100€ for taxes. That’s why I couldn’t accept the delivery and need to send it back without even opening it :( The dresses looked so perfect online, but that’s just too expensive for the delivery

Since brexit, customs and duties are applicable on orders from the UK to the EU and are the responsibility of the receiver. Delivery was next day in sustainable packaging which I was very pleasantly surprised about. The material felt good quality and the reversible neckline is an amazing detail. Gorgeous dress, highly recommend and you don’t even have to wear a bra!

Three months ago I ordered two dresses and I chose the express payment to get them as soon as possible. Both dresses have not arrived yet and were even sent back to the sender during the delivery. I am really very upset.

I understand how frustrating it must be to have waited for three months for your dresses, especially after choosing the express payment option to receive them quickly. This is not the kind of service we aim to provide, and I assure you that we take your feedback seriously. I have looked into your order for you and can see you had a pre-order garment that was due to ship from the end of June. Your order was shipped out however, your order has been processed to be returned back to us by the carrier due to the carrier being unable to deliver your order. Horrendous customer service, had a shipping date change 3 times and different excuses each time. Not a dependable company at all. A dress can’t be with the seamstresses and then not even started due to a delay in fabric 3 weeks later.

I bought this dress for my partner’s graduation day and it did not disappoint! I have an hourglass figure so the corset style is exactly what I need – I will be buying more dresses in the future! The only thing about the dress I found frustrating was the deeper neckline did slip from time to time and my bra would pop out slightly. I am not blaming the dress though as I do have a very small stature but I have to cater for my chest. But don’t let that put you off as the dress is timeless and worth every penny!

I am very satisfied with AYM Studio. So far i made two purchases. The garments are perfectly made and the quality of the fabric is perfect. Both of my dresses fit exactly as I wanted. Only one negative thing is that both of my orders were send later than the original stated date. I don’t mind waiting longer but I would appreciate getting some info about the delay sooner after missing the original date of delivery. However, the delivery itself was very quick both times.

I am so happy with my dress, it is beautifully designed and made. The fabric quality is great so I know I'm going to get many years out of this dress. The experience of buying from a slow fashion brand has also been great, I appreciated the email updates and knowing that I'm supporting a positive change in the fashion industry 😊. The dress is a great material, beautifully made, and fits wonderfully. I left a star out for two things. The first was that it took about a month for the dress to come in. I ordered the first week of June and received it first week of July. I understand that they make these to order so I knew it would take longer, I just wish they specified how long so I could order enough in advance. The second is that though the dress is beautiful, the material paired with the double layer makes this feel pretty warm. I wore it in Italy and I was SWEATING. The sweat did not show through on the dress so that is also a plus.

I just got my dress and really loved it. Customer service was very helpfull along the way, since i had some questions. The only thing i would wish to be different was the way that delays were comunicated. Getting a little notification would have been nice. Apart from that my experience was great. Little Tip: if you live outside the UK google how much you will have to pay because of taxes and stuff. I saw some people complain about that, and it only takes a quick search to find out how much it will be.

I love how customizable your dresses are to each individual. I have always struggled to find dresses that made me feel elegant and fit my waist, however, the one I bought from you guys was perfect and fit me perfectly. Thank you! I just wish I knew the white one was a little sheer, but it is no big deal, I should have known.

I’m in love with this dress! The only inconvenience for me are the laces that are way too long and hang all the way to the floor, i had to cut them shorter. Besides that, the dress is thick, not see through, confortable, just a little bit stretchy and the seams are perfectly sewn. My A cup looks very good in the dress, it was my only doubt but it’s very well designed! I can lean forward without worrying and I don’t need a bra to cover my chest. I have a thin silhouette and the size XS fits perfectly. I’m 170cm tall and the dress is the perfect length. There’s a very small distance between my feet and the end of the dress which allows me to wear heals and flat shoes with it. It’s truly perfect, I can wear it on many occasions because of its simplicity while being also classy. It’s obviously more expensive than other brands but it’s worth the price!! + order arrived very quickly

I have been dying to purchase a dress from this company for over a year. I finally decided that it would be a perfect for a graduation dress and decided I was okay splurging on such an expensive dress because of how in love with it I have been. I excitedly order this dress, only to discover too late (just as I clicked submit purchase) that my phone auto filled my old address as I used to order things to my dads house which he lived at for years. Well, he sold that house so it would be delivered to the new owners of the house which were complete strangers to us. I searched on the link for any order cancelation option, or even change of address option. Nothing. Within minutes of this occurring I emailed the company my concern. I purchased the item at around 1700 MDT making it about midnight for englands time (where this company is located). I was relieved at my luck. The next day I checked my email only to have received an email stating my package had already been shipped out and the only way I could get a refund would be to physically return the package. Seeing as no one I knew lived at the house of the mistaken address, I wouldn’t be able to do that. I panicked rightfully so seeing as I just spent $120 on a dress as a college student. I’m not getting paid right now either. I’m in summer classes and doing an unpaid internship. $120 isn’t small money I can just let go. So I emailed them my concern. I had also mad a comment on their Instagram to which the owner replied: I have since deleted my Instagram so will not be replying there again. I later got an email saying that the address was indeed able to be changed but I spent hours in panic mode not knowing what to do about the situation concerned I’d have to request a chargeback which I’d never done before. I was relieved. All seemed well and my order was being tracked. Only for a week later, to be told my dress would be delivered. And then it was returned. Not by me. By the companies distributer. I am so sad, as once again I have been in love with these products and wanted one of these dresses for so long, only to be so highly let down. I have never ever in my life experienced this from a company. And all they had to offer was their condolences. I do not recommend purchasing from this company unless you’d like to undergo an emotional rollercoaster of negatives. I will be issuing a chargeback if the dress is not returned by the distributed as promised seeing as I don’t trust this company at all.

Customer service was good -- communicative when I reached out, but not forthcoming/transparent enough IMO. Production/shipping of my lot of the preorder was delayed by a week or two, and I only found that out when I reached out regarding why my order hadn't shipped a week after the supposed 'shipping starts on' date. I ordered the Ava Midi Dress in size S, but I think I should've ordered a size M for more flexibility. The S fits like a glove, which looked amazing but doesn't leave me much room for any weight fluctuations. The dress is great quality. Bottom line, absolutely worth the price, but as a US customer, be 100% sure about which size you're ordering -- especially when buying for an event, as I was. My dress thankfully arrived about four days prior to my event, but if it hadn't fit, that would've left me without another option for an outfit.

The delivery issues that I had with my order were insane. After waiting more than 2 months the event that I wanted this dress for had come and gone. The quality is nice but do not order if you are anticipating needed it within 4 months
