I fell in love with this dress when I saw it on Pinterst. When I received the dress I was excited! I opened my package and instantly noticed how thick the material was. Even though I didn't like the material I tried it on. It was nothing like I thought it would be. I ordered this dress for my birthday and unfortunatly I will not be able to wear it.

Though the quality seemed amazing, I could not fit into this dress. My shoulders, and upper body (from waist and up) could not fit into the dress at all. I don't have a large chest or anything like that so unfortunately I had to send the dress back. It was sold out it bigger sizes, so I opted for a refund. The quality seemed great, the dress was quite heavy which I like, and the color was great. But the sizing definitely has an impact on the overall rating. I wear a medium in almost everything and even when it doesn't fit, I can at least squeeze into it. Not this time though.

I want to preface this review by saying that I have bought another dress from AYM and absolutely adore it. I bought this dress for my bridal shower and it was a last minute purchase. My thought process was that I would invest in a good quality dress and use it for my engagement shoot as well. However when I received it it was already pilling which was very disappointing. The fabric quality doesnt feel the same and I found the fabric colour near the slit was different than the rest of the dress. Unfortunately I just had to wear the dress because I had nothing else. Im a bit reluctant to wear this for my engagement shoot but it was so expensive I cant bring myself to buy another dress. I would have returned it if I had any other options for my bridal shower. Im a bit disappointed but would rather be disappointed while still supporting a smaller business I guess.

The clothing was great. The service on the other hand was awful. I ordered a dress for a wedding and purchased express shipping to ensure it arrived on time. The first issue is that I never received an order confirmation. After the order was supposed to have shipped, I wrote an email to customer service regarding why I had yet to receive a shipping confirmation. Turns out there were production delays and rather than reaching out to the customers to inform of said delays, they expected customers to investigate themselves and refer to a delay schedule on their website. Customer service responded saying there were delays and shipping would begin on April 18th. The wedding was on the 26th, so I was left in a situation where it might come on time, it might not. The dress ended up shipping on April 23rd and arriving after the wedding. I reached out twice more expressing my dissatisfaction and I have not received any response or compensation. I am left with a beautiful dress and nowhere to wear it. Extremely disappointed with the entire situation.

Tbh I bought this after watching influencer tryons and bought the same size as an influence who has the same body size as me and the fit wasn't even close. It was so tight without the laces on the back and there was 0 room for my breasts. Fabric was fine but I was very disappointed and shipping was very slow.

The first order for the Keira dress was a XS and was too big (tho chart suggested XS-S for me). Now I got the XXS and fits better. Overall, I am a bit disappointed with the dress because some stitching bits are bulky on the side and the bottom falls very heavily makeing it a bit weird. Plus, it's VERY hard to put it on :'( I think I'll keep it anyway cause I love the colour and the concept and I'll try to make the best out of it!

I found it very frustrating that the issues AYM was having with production/sending out packages being delayed wasn't told to the customers--I thought buying something on preorder, while still inside the country would ensure I got my order by the end of the month, but when I reached out to AYM about my worries I was given what essentially was a verbal bandaid, saying my order would be shipped by the 26th but that was a lie--my order didn't have a tracking number until the 30th of March. Considering the other dress I was considering was preordered for April, I am thankful I kept with the one "shipping" out earlier, as I was moving back to Canada at the end of April, and would have missed getting my order at all. This experience has made me never want to order from AYM again, especially as the clothing didn't entirely match the images on the site, and while good quality, leave me feeling a little disappointed from what I was expecting to be delivered.

I purchased my dressed for my wedding. I ordered the item with what I thought to be enough time to make it to my house. Sadly this was not the case as there was delays in shipping. I did not have my dress on time for the wedding. When I am back in the country i will be returning the dress. I feel quite sad about this as I’ve only heard good reviews

Disappointed with the color of the dress. I thought it would be more white based on the photos and was planning to use it for my wedding, but it was very yellow in person. Frustrated that I couldn't return it from the US.

The dress is nice but the tie was far too short for the size of the dress (3XL). Once laced through all three eyelets there was no length left to tie. Careless design.

Really disappointed with the dress. I had been eyeing up the dress for years now but was reluctant to buy. I finally bought it this year and it is not big bust friendly . The space designed for the chest area is not inclusive at all and I had to return my order . Also annoying that you have to pay for your own returns

Ordered the Walter maxi dress. I am 5"2 and would have had to shorten the dress by 6 inches to get it to just above my feet. Which implies that anyone below 5"8 would have to get the dress tailored...I suppose they know this given they offer a tailoring service for extra charge. Additionally, there is a pretty bulky visible seam at the waist of the dress and the corset ties are not finished at the ends. I had to return, and they make you cover the cost of delivery. Overall, the quality is not as expected and the service is poor for a brand marketed as high quality.

I ordered the Isabella dress in the medium size after consulting the sizing chart. Dresses are generally difficult for me to size correctly as my chest measurements are usually a L/XL and my waist is usually a S/M. Upon receiving the package, I knew something was amiss. The dress is marketed as being reversible (you can wear the piece forwards or backwards). However, the piece I received had a zipper. Decidedly different from the picture of the model wearing the piece without a zipper. The dress itself was of decent quality, the fabric was heavy, and the dress is constructed neatly. However, it was incredibly weirdly fitting. The whole thing was too large, even the bust part which shouldn't be the case if the size chart says I would be an L based on the size measurements. I returned the dress in mid-December and have yet to receive a refund.

Really wanted to like this dress but it wasn’t as thick or shaping as I expected it to be based on the marketing. Aritzia’s contour dresses have better fabric and fit, but I still appreciate that this is a slow fashion brand and am happy to have supported it.

I first found out about AYM through TikTok, where I was immediately in love with the dresses shown. However, the amount of headaches this company has caused me has put me off from ever purchasing again. First there was a price discrepancy on their dress where the price was either 11 dollars more or less depending on the specific site or web address you were on. Both sites official by AYM studio by the way. I presented this issue to their live customer service chat and never received a response after. I also sent them an email as well which also didn’t receive a response. One of the dresses I purchased had the strap tear because the dress was too heavy to support with its thin tiny straps. I should have known better considering there were other reviews where it had happened with their dresses too, and that’s on me but I completely regret purchasing the dress. My review for the dress isn’t showing up on the site either so I’d be surprised if this one shows up. The other dress is nice but this whole experience has left a sour taste.

I had high hopes for this dress and brand. In person the color looks off. I’m 5’9 and the length is awkwardly long especially with the fabric, it’s not midi and not maxi. I just was not a fan of the fit, length, and fabric choice.

I’m kind of disappointed in the dresses and the shopping experience at AYM. They didn’t properly include information on their website about when it would be available (listed it as in stock) but didn’t send a single message or follow-up until I reached out to them about a month from when it should have arrived. They didn’t communicate about the missing dress or the other things that were actually available. I immediately cancelled the dress so that I could receive the rest, which were overdue. When they arrived, they were a brighter red than the wine color on the website. It wasn’t worth the hassle to send back. They’re double-lined and not polyester but it’s nothing special and something you could get at your local mall. It’s not a studio or quality piece by any stretch of the imagination. Not the worst possible experience or clothing but not good.

Dresses arrived with wonky stitching. I kept one dress without wonky stitching and wore it once. The seam broke after one wear. After I told Aym about this they ignored me. Nice fabric and nice design but terrible stitching quality.

The dress I kept from my order was spectacular and I love it and it fits wonderfully. However the other dresses I ordered were a different material and did not fit in the same way so were returned. Overall the ordering and delivery process was fantastic. However, I have returned 3 dresses and have yet to receive a refund after 9 days. The refund is for more than £200 so this is not ideal and has caused me to drop a 5 star review to a 2 star review
