Hi! I was not sent the correct dress to begin with, and then had to pay for shipping to return the dress. Cannot say that I had a great experience.

Absolutely awful experience. Absolutely will not shop with Aym again and would advise anyone and everyone to also avoid spending their money here. Money is taken on order being received but then have no intention of dispatching the item so that the delivery timeframe paid for is achieved. Customer Service is absolutely terrible. There is no telephone number and most emails go unanswered. Aym says the item has been dispatched when it is actually still being held by them and has not passed to the courier. Currently trying to get a response from Customer Services regarding a return but, so far, with no luck. Overall, terrible experience.

They have asked me to review the product already and I have done so, but by way of update, I can’t comment on one of the items as they are saying they have sent it but I didn’t receive it. Very, very slow to respond, I haven’t at any point received an apology for the fact the item was missing, just told to wait a further 3-5 working days. I informed AYM I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and they didn’t bother to reply to that either. From my experience so far it seems to be a scam. Ordered two items, the one that came didn’t meet my expectations in terms of quality (just nothing special about it, not worth the price) and I am facing ongoing difficulties with them regarding the other item I didn’t receive.

Hello, I was informed that my package was scheduled to be delivered yesterday, March 26th, according to FedEx tracking. However, the tracking indicates that the address is incorrect or that the recipient has moved. I can confirm that the address I provided is correct and that I have not relocated. The package contains valuable items that I purchased for my wife’s birthday, which is tomorrow, March 28th. I opted for express shipping to ensure timely delivery, but the tracking now shows an expected delivery date of March 31st to April 10th. This discrepancy is unacceptable and does not align with the service I paid for. I have attempted to contact FedEx multiple times to resolve the issue. I requested to pick up the package in person, but FedEx informed me that this package cannot be retrieved and will be held for seven days before being returned to the sender. I also attempted to modify the address to verify the information on file, but FedEx stated that only the sender can make changes. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and resolve it promptly. I am concerned about the delay in receiving the package and the inconvenience it may cause.

I waited two months for the dresses and when they arrived the seam was crooked and the dresses overall seemed poorly constructed.

I placed an order for a dress and a top. I received an empty box. Reaching out to costumer service was a nightmare as they take ages to respond. It has now been two weeks since I ordered and I still don’t have the items. This was my first time ordering from this company and it will be the last. I understand mistakes happen, but they should be corrected quickly and this has not been the case at all. To spend £200 and get an empty box is ridiculous, as is being ignored afterward.

I was really looking forward to wearing the Venus dress to a friend’s wedding. But I haven’t received the order in 14 days since the order was shipped. I received a email to say my package had been shipped the same day I ordered it but Royal Mail hasn’t been able to track the parcel. despite a tracking number being created for my order they hadn’t received any information about the shipment of the parcel. After emailing to ask about the whereabouts of my parcel I have received no response only two notifications asking me to review my order. This tells me that the order should have been delivered within the 4-5 day period but has not. The order status on my account says the order has been fulfilled when I have not received the item. The lack of communication or any meaningful way to contact the team to get a response is disappointing. I never leave negative reviews particularly for small business with a small team but the lack of communication and the price of the order is something I would’ve wanted to be aware of if I was ordering and item for something as important as a wedding. I wish I could give this a better review as I was really impressed with the brand but I don’t have the item or any update on of I will receive the item at any point.

I purchased a gift voucher for £100.My card was charged £123.50, which seemed unusual and unexpected.Unfortunately, I only received a voucher for £23.50 instead of the intended £100. I contacted customer support to resolve this issue and after 1 week from my order there is still no response nor resolution.

I was incredibly disappointed in the quality of the dress I received. The material felt cheap and quite thin, it was very uncomfortable and I had to return the dress. Additionally I started feeling overheated as soon as I put it on, and I normally run cold so it was very strange. The fit was fine, but not nearly as good as I expected it to be.

My order seemingly disappeared in transit, with incorrect and mismatched shipping information on my invoice (I paid for express delivery, both Royal Mail and DPD were listed as the shipping options on my invoice). I received a refund on my shipping costs before I received any contact regarding my order. While I understand that couriers can lose parcels etc., the incorrect shipping information in the emails and lack of contact makes me think something went wrong before the order was handed over to the courier. Hopefully I will receive my full refund soon.
