“I liked the dresses, material, cut, etc, but unfortunately one of the dresses sent was the wrong model (had the wrong tag on it and everything). Nobody ever reached out to correct the mistake, I had to return it. I also recommend sizing up from your usual size for maternity, even in early pregnancy — you can always tighten them with the strings, but even one size up from my usual was very tight. I wish I could have exchanged it but with the shipping problems it didn’t feel worth risking.”

“Superbe robe, rien a redire sur le vêtement, elle vaut 5 étoiles. Par contre le service de livraison avec FedEx est une catastrophe en France. J'ai été obligée de me déplacer moi même à l'entrepôt car les livreurs ne savent pas faire leur travail. (Le service client FedEx ne sert à rien, ils vous disent des mensonges). Ça m'a fait une attente d'une semaine en plus pour la récupérer.”

“The fabric felt nice and the top fit well, but the skirt had a slightly odd shape and some bumpy stitching (which contributed to the odd shape). It might have worked better on someone slightly taller and with wider hips.”

“I ordered the Lyra Dress in Magenta on April 8th and received it very quickly (12th). The dress is presented with a matching scarf on the website wich i love. I was very disapointed when i opened the package and there was only the dress with no scarf. Nevertheless, the dress is fiting perfectly and is very good quality.”

“The dress fits beautifully and the sillouete is amazing. However, stitching on the back tie popped immediately, and the fabric peeled considerably after one use and hand wash.”

“I love the original t shirt dress with the back lace up! However I ordered another style and it was not made with the same t shirt material- it was like a polyester fabric that I did not like at all. It also took like a month to receive my items.”

“I bought one dress previously and was excited about my second purchase the Bourne bodycon medi dress in bright red, the fit is excellent but I’m really disappointed with the color, what I bought as a bright red arrived in brick orange color. I’m extremely disappointed”

“Lovely dresses but overall disappointing. I ordered two dresses on Feb 20th - The juni and juni mini. The juni was set to be sent around 28th and the mini around 22nd of Feb. I had plans for these dresses mid march and paid faster shipping for it. I didn’t hear anything about my order for a few weeks and the website showed I had no order so emailed aym. A few days pass and I get a response. There’s delays in shipping, and will be shipped after March 14th now. A few days past the date, I email again as I have heard nothing and the website still shows that I have no order. I get a response a few days later and they’ve shipped the Juni dress to me. I get it well after my plans but it arrives pretty fast and I was in LA. However, the mini is delayed due to a stock allocation error… The mini will be shipped from the 23rd of March now. The 26th comes by, I’ve heard nothing and still have no order on the website so I email back and ask about a possible refund even though 8 would like to get the dress but it appears like I won’t be. I get response back a few days later with apologies on the delay, ignoring about possible refunds, and stating they will be looking into what’s happening. It’s now the 30th and I’ve heard nothing, no order on the website and indication of it will be shipped or if it won’t be, if I’ll get a refund. Honestly, the dresses are wonderful but whatever mismanagement is happening, is the worst Ive come across. It’s truly disappointing and frustrating. While the dresses are amazing, I wouldn’t in good conscience be able to recommend them to anyone and would suggest for people to be prepared to wait potentially months before getting your order.”

“The color looks a bit different in person; it appears darker on the website. The sizing is definitely not true to size. One of the models on the website was wearing the red dress in a size M, but I ordered an S since that’s my usual size for all my clothing. However, I would say this fits more like an XS than a S. The fabric is decent, but overall, I think it’s a bit overpriced for the quality, especially considering there are brands offering the same quality for a maximum of £50.”

“First of all, I absolutely love the work you and the team are doing. Your dresses are incredibly flattering, delivery was early and the fabric is soooo comfy! Unfortunately I do feel I have to rate this order a little lower however, as the hem line of the dress is very noticeably not straight. The left side is far longer than the right. The lace up back is also a little uncomfortable. I think if the laces were a little thicker that might help as currently the dress is being pulled back at three very small points which can dig in a little.”

“The dresss were nice; well constructed, looked like the pictures, and felt substantial. Interacting with AYM was not positive. I immediately got my confirmation email that said it should less than a week to make the dresses then when would shipped. 35 days later, not even an email letting me know this were delayed. I emailed them. No response to my email, just a shipping confirmation 5 days later. I needed to return one dress, the online process was easy and I appreciate the store credit option with a small bonus. It took the full two weeks once they received the return to send my money back. Their website didn't work to look at my order, it showed what i paid for, but not the shipping address or payment which was frustrating when i was trying to validate that something hadn't been missed.”

“Really cute and flattering dress. I was dissapointed that the colour was lighter IRL than in the pictures. Also the quality was not as good as expected, especially when considering this is more sustainable company and the clothing should last a lifetime.”

“I loved the look of AYM dresses. I saw Tiktok videos and looked through the site for ages. I finally bought one I loved, a short sleeveless dress that cinches in the back with lacing, and has pockets. What arrived was not what I'd seen online. From the descriptions ("buttery soft") and the videos and photos, I knew what kind of fabric to expect, a sort of matte stretchy soft fabric- and what came was a shiny, thinner fabric, that didn't have a lot of stretch, definitely not matching the item image. The color was more a kelley green than the deep green I thought it was, but that might have been due to screens. The dress I ordered had a rounded corner square neckline, and the dress I got was definitely more round than square, a noticable difference from the product image. It also had a seam at the waistline, which the product image did not appear to have, and also seemed too small for me- the waistline sat much higher on me than the models in the image and the skirt was shorter, despite the fact I very carefully checked my measurements against the size chart. It was thin, cheap feeling fabric, too small, and I would assume I had somehow accidentally ordered a Alibaba knockoff if it hadn't arrived with AYM tags. Even if I should have sized up (which I admit readily is a possibility, I am moderately tall) the fabric and neckline is just so different that I absolutely did not want an exchange. The nice thing is, the return process was pretty painless. I included a picture of the dress I ordered for the side by side comparison.”

“Love the design,fabric and cut of the clothing but it's been the second time that they send me the wrong dress. I ordered the last dress quite before the date of an event but the delevery was so long that I couldn't send it back and remplace it by the right one.”

“I like the dress, but I was disappointed by the color of the wrapper because it wasn't the same colour as the dress. Both colours are really nice, but I wanted one single colour for both. I thought that both will have the same colour as it mentions in the name "pine green". The materials are nice hope will last. Thank you!”

“I received my order with a few minor issues, but fortunately, I had a needle and thread and was able to fix it myself. I loved the dress and top so much that returning them wasn't even an option. It was a bit small for me in M, but I will make it work since a L would be to big.”
